About Softy Straws

When we first created Softy Straws®, our goal was to produce fun, function straws that everyone one would like and feel safe drinking out of. With just a few bucks to spare, we created all our own moulds and begin producing what we believe are straws with just the right about of thickness for strength, without being too chunky.. oh yeah, we also invented the patent-pending Straw Squeegee® cleaning tool, beware of all imposters! We launched on Amazon in 2016 and quickly became one of the most popular reusable straws brands in America. We've even been featured on Women's Health, Good Morning America, The View, NY Mag online, and much much more. So, about the straws! Unlike plastic straws, our silicone straws don't contain chemicals such as BPA, yet they are extremely durable so people who use Softy Straws® create much less waste (something we are proud of!). Each Softy Straws® conforms to strict FDA inspection and is made from BPA free, non-plastic silicone (pinch test passing). Silicone is the perfect straw material because it's bendy and flexible to keep drinkers safe from harmful pokes, yet durable enough to resist tears. Softy Straws® are available in 3 different sizes, so there's a Softy Straws® for every type of tumbler, glass or vessel out there.
