The craft brewery of Bières du Donjon is located in the heart of Burgundy. It is on this legendary land of the Dukes of Burgundy and vineyards that we have chosen to develop and sustain our passion for brewing and history, not forgetting the world of role-playing games! Our adventure began in 2015 with the creation of the brewery. Since then, our training path has been enriched and our personality has been affirmed. Our experiences and techniques have been established. Our beverages are crafted and balanced in strict adherence to traditional French know-how. We work exclusively with "pure malt."
