From a young age, I was diagnosed with a GI disorder, which completely changed how I approached food. Rather than letting it hold me back, my passion for cooking flourished. This challenge ignited a deeper curiosity within me to find alternative solutions that simply weren’t available at the time. Over the years, this journey evolved into something much bigger than I could have imagined. I became known as the “healthy chef” of Jackson Hole, where I worked in the private catering business for nearly a decade. Now, I’m dedicated to crafting sauces that cater to everyone, especially those who need to avoid gluten, soy, corn, dairy, refined sugars, and harmful oils. I don’t take shortcuts when it comes to ingredients and flavor because I truly understand the impact that poor choices can have on health.
