Nature is at the heart of everything we do, from the way we grow and hand harvest our botanicals to the way our products are packaged. ••• Owner Hamish Martin, a former wine merchant, began to pursue his lifelong passion for plants by gaining a Herbology Diploma. Alongside his wife Liberty’s passion for all things vintage the overgrown lowlands became the location of an award-winning herb nursery, distillery, shop and café. As a Distillery and Herb Nursey we specialise in edible, medicinal herbs, and flowers as well as native wild plants, all of which benefit nature. Our range of products follow the same ethos and are a celebration of all things wild, working hand in hand with nature, a relationship that should be based on give and take. It is all about balance, and the collective outcome of that balance is sustainability. Our G&Teas are made in partnership with Edinburgh’s own Pekoe Tea, we have used the same botanicals from our award winning, Secret Garden Gin and blended them with ethically sourced Ceylon Tea to create a truly unique range of completely natural teas. The Herb Garden Alcohol Free Distilled Botanicals is lovingly crafted to capture the fragrance of nature. We use our extensive knowledge of botanicals and distilling at The Secret Garden Distillery to create the flavours you would expect from a London Dry Gin without the alcohol.
