About Seed + Sown

Hello! My name is Sonia, the woman and maker behind Seed + Sown. I’m a wife, herbalist, lover of nature, all things flowers and plants and slow, sustainable living. When I’m not making products or working, you’ll find me crafting hand-dipped beeswax tapers, cooking up delicious meals, tending to the little garden, studying herbalism, learning a new ancestral skill (next is learning how to sew!), or spending quality time with my husband envisioning our homestead dream here on the beautiful Big Island of Hawai’i.
