After the sale of his transport business, Jacques SICSIC kept his childhood dream in mind: “to have machines and make things”. Lovers of conviviality and sharing, he chose beer and created the brasserie Au Cœur du Malt near Paris which created and brewed Gustave beers. It will only take a few months for Cédric, his son-in-law, engineer and Ornella, his daughter, marketing manager to join him in this adventure, bringing with them their love for cooking and its products. We are committed to creating craft beers combining traditional methods and new technologies. Without compromising on taste, we imagine and brew tasting beers, 100% pure malt and refermented in the bottle that we want accessible to all to promote sharing. Passionate about gastronomy, we draw our inspiration from the culinary art with a central and permanent ambition: to create beautiful combinations between our beers and our favorite dishes like great wines. As such, we have already created a first beer and cheese guide. Concerned about the future of our planet, we carefully choose our raw materials in order to limit our carbon footprint, so we use exclusively hops grown in France and malts grown in our region.Read their story
