We are Maicol and María, creators of Lacus Bardolino Dry Gin and owners of the homonymous restaurant “LACUS bubbles & gin” in the center of Bardolino (Verona - Italy). Lacus Dry Gin was born from the passion for gin developed in recent years. Distilled using the London Dry technique, 11 botanicals typical of Bardolino and the surrounding area have been combined together. Aromas, aromas, flavors of Bardolino. These are the factors that inspired the creation of Lacus Dry Gin. Through a careful selection of botanicals typical of the Veronese shore of Lake Garda and an even more careful balancing of the recipe, this distillate takes us on a walk through the alleys of the village. The microclimate offered by the lake guarantees this area an incredible variety of medicinal plants, flowers and fruits typical of both maritime and mountain areas. This is precisely one of our strengths: the ability to draw from a wide range of botanicals by playing with their characteristics but still aware that we have a local product. The result obtained is a fresh and fragrant London Dry with a Mediterranean character. Herbaceous and floral aromas stand out on the nose, and on the palate it is soft and decisive thanks to the juniper that dominates the scene with excellent persistence.
