Cayo Coco Bikini is a tropical, ethnic brand, inspired by the colors of nature, animals and indigenous prints from exotic countries of the world. Cayo Coco, takes its name from a small islet of the King's Gardens archipelago in Cuba. The sound of this word reminds me of the passion for traveling to tropical countries and for the fantastic colorful bikinis. Every winter my fiancé Andrea and I travel and travel the World. During a trip to Peru, visiting Cusco, among the many fabric stores, we came up with the idea of creating a line that was inspired by the customs of the peoples encountered on our travels: the colorful shades of the indigenous lands of the Inca, mixed with the tropical vivacity of the fauna encountered in the Amazon and the seven shades of blue of the Caribbean Sea. Since then, every year and every journey we try to grasp the essence of the cultures and landscapes we know to transfer them to cloth.
