Hello! My name is Catherine (surprise) and I am the face behind Greedy Cath! A little bit about me: I love food, and cooking. I love talking about it, doing it, seeing it, eating it. I’ve been cooking since I can remember. As a child I would watch as my lovely Mummy would bake, cook, stew and roast the most amazing food all from scratch. I learnt everything I know about cooking from her, my grandma and my aunties, & having grown up in the countryside we had lots of fresh produce to choose from, chickens eggs to collect and apples to make crumbles! When I wasn’t cooking I was drawing, painting, sewing, creating. I spent hours at my little desk creating pictures, painting, sewing cushion covers, making a full suit of armour out of paper and proudly marching to show it off to the unsuspecting dinner party downstairs. Both of these passions have spilled over into adulthood, where i’ve realised how lucky I was to be able to express myself through creativity. I was definitely blessed with the opportunity to learn to cook when I was little, and I really appreciate how it has allowed me to explore the world of food, and show my love through baking and cooking for others! With Greedy Cath I have married my love of cooking and baking with my love of creating and i’m sharing it with you, to bring a little bit of cute foodie goodness to your homes!
