About LUX Reve

Hi, my name is Kristin and I am the owner and designer of Lux Reve. I started making jewelry as a fun creative hobby about 12 years ago which has now slowly evolved into the current business you see today. I bring each unique piece of jewelry alive with my own hands. Lux is Latin for light and Rêve is French for dream. The name was inspired by what the business meant to me; giving light to my dreams and passion for jewelry, travel and fashion. When designing a new piece or collection I strive to recreate and adapt the beauty of the natural world around me drawing inspiration from many different things such as; landscapes, architecture, textiles, fashion trends and more. A lot of the time the gemstones and the beads I collect during my travels feed me the inspiration to create new pieces and collections. Most all Lux Reve pieces are made from either sterling silver or 14k gold-filled precious metals making them hypoallergenic and water resistant. I love playing in the water so I knew I needed to make jewelry that you too could wear at the beach, in the lake or by the pool. Not one pair is exactly alike since all pieces are hand cut shaped and hammered by me every pair is unique and one of kind. Depending on the pieces I may also wire wrap different types of beads or precious gemstones into the designs. My goal with Lux Rêve has always been to create easy to wear jewelry that is both beautiful and affordable.Read their story
