YAM was born from a beautiful and transformative experience during a trip to India. There, I delved deeper into practices such as meditation, yoga, and the use of crystals. I first envisioned YAM clearly during a profound heart meditation, and from that moment, its journey began. YAM was created to cultivate inner connection and support your wellness, personal growth, self-care and self-discovery journey. Our main intention is to create a heart-centered space that offers healing and mindful offerings such as mala beads and more to come in 2023. We believe in a world where every person is connected to themselves and it is our goal to bring harmony, sacredness and connection to the human spirit in all that we create. As you may know, YAM is the mantra of the heart chakra and in ancient traditions, this mantra was used to heal, open, and expand the Heart Chakra space to bring one back to themselves, to their heart, and to inner peace.
