Hydra Hydration makes clean, effective hydration that actually tastes good. Our shelf stable electrolyte freeze pops use sea mineral electrolytes, real fruit flavor, and no dyes or artificial sweeteners. They are shelf stable, under 30 calories, and designed to make hydration something you look forward to, not something you force down. Hydra was born out of a runner’s frustration. After years of choking down powders and tablets, CC Salzman set out to create a better way to hydrate. While earning her MBA at Harvard, she built Hydra inside the Harvard Innovation Lab’s Launch Lab accelerator with one goal in mind: make hydration clean, simple, and genuinely enjoyable.
