Maurice Jenkins is a grilling enthusiast who, after looking at the ingredients on a bottle of a popular brand of sauce one day, decided to develop a uniquely flexible organic condiment without using granulated sugar that would be a healthier alternative without compromising on taste. After much trial and error, Maurice crafted four flavors of his “Stick ‘Em Up!” Grilling Glaze & Marinade; each with its individual profile as well as varying degrees of heat. These condiments are low in calories, sodium and sugar with ingredients that are easy to pronounce. They pair with any protein or vegetable and have been used in dips, nachos, pizza toppings, sandwich spreads and vinaigrette for salad. “Stick ‘Em Up!” is also quite viscous, which allows the sauce to maintain its integrity with heat; making it useful not only on the grill, but also on the stovetop, in the oven or an air fryer.
