About Little Learner Games

As a mom of two toddlers, when I set out to teach phonics, I found myself surrounded by flashcards and toys—but still struggling to find a game that was both fun and developmentally appropriate for young toddlers. Most phonics games were too advanced, too dull, or designed only for solo play. I wanted something interactive, multiplayer, easy for young toddlers to use, with no prerequisites—something that would actually grow with my kids, support early literacy, and encourage joyful, social learning. That’s a lot of wants—and nothing fit the description. So, I made one that did! That’s why I created Little Learner Games—a brand built to meet the real needs of families, educators, and retailers looking for smart, engaging products for young children. Our flagship product, Little Learner Word Match, is a phonics-based card game for ages 2+ that offers four levels of gameplay, simple rules, and multiple ways to play. It’s designed to support early reading, cooperation, critical thinking, and confidence—all through fun, interactive play. Already stocked in 30+ libraries, dozens of preschools, and independent bookstores, our game has proven its value in learning and retail settings.
