I was lucky enough to score a college job working as an herbarium aide at the local natural history museum. The entire world of plants existed in cabinets that I was tasked with data-basing and my love for them was born. When I graduated I worked at botanic gardens and museums learning plant ID and perfecting the art of pressing specimens. I started selling my collected plants in 2010 and soon invested in a scanner to create photo-realistic prints of my real pressed plant collections that will never fade or crumble. Each print was created from a plant specimen that I either found in nature or lovingly nurtured specifically for my art. Every season I add more to the collection and hope my customers are able to find the plants that are most meaningful to them. Currently you can see my work in the set design of the hit CBS show, Bull.
