About Ecobota

I was lucky enough to score a college job working as an herbarium aide at the local natural history museum. The entire world of plants existed in cabinets that I was tasked with data-basing and my love for them was born. When I graduated I worked at botanic gardens and museums learning plant ID and perfecting the art of pressing specimens. I started selling my collected plants in 2010 and soon invested in a scanner to create photo-realistic prints of my real pressed plant collections that will never fade or crumble. Each print was created from a plant specimen that I either found in nature or lovingly nurtured specifically for my art. Every season I add more to the collection and hope my customers are able to find the plants that are most meaningful to them.
