We love good food, made simply. Started in my home kitchen in 1991, we continue to bake our breads from scratch without any additives or enhancers. We use fresh, whole ingredients like real butter, fresh garlic, and expeller-pressed oils. These commitments result in a crouton like no other. We have grown out of the home kitchen and now operate out of our to a state of the art commercial bakery, in Brandon Vermont.
