We (Caroline and Antonin) started Sambboho originally on Etsy because we couldn’t stand what’s going on in the pet and human fashion world. Everything is the same, made in (you know where), for pennies on the dollar with crazy margins and a complete disregard for human dignity and our planet. Sambboho products have a soul. They are handmade in our hometown by women artisans and support a women’s community in Brazil. Our expertise lies in creating intricate and amazingly beautiful beaded jewelry in our family workshop. We started with high-end beaded dog collars but ended up expanding our product lines with matching belts, hat bands, bracelets and more. They are made with premium material made to last (all items have a 1-year warranty). Since then, our products have been recognized for their high quality and have been featured in high-fashion publication such as Vogue and Bazaar. We have many celebrities following us on Instagram and using our products. We figured we were not alone in the quest for authentic yet still affordable fashion; where margins are fair and empower the crafter, where a product is designed to last and not to be discarded after a few uses.
