The modern jewelry I make has evolved from my architecture discipline training intersecting with my years of exploration of industrial and organic materials like granite, reclaimed wood, and resin. The metal bezels in my jewelry are created by soldering, hammering, and polishing small batches of metal strip and wire, using both precious and non-precious metals. I use eco-friendly resin as a binder, hand pigment it in small batches, and poured in layers embedded with natural elements like beach sand, and crushed gemstones.
