Lotus Pops was founded by a foodies, those curious customers in restaurants who are always open to experimenting with new dishes, rarely ordering the same dish a second time. It was one of these experiments that led them to try roasted lotus seeds on one of their trips to India. They fell in love with the snack. As avid snackers, they were always searching for a delicious and healthy snack that was made from sustainably grown, real food ingredients and had finally found an answer!
