The different characteristics of the plants themselves are amplified by skilled tea masters, who subtly tailor their tea processing techniques for each varietal + harvest, from picking → withering → tossing → more withering → heating → rolling → drying → roasting → WHEW, a whole lotta work goes into a cup of tea! 75g of tea is good for: • 90+ mug servings (2.5g/mug, steeped 3+ times) • 75+ gaiwan servings (5g/gaiwan, steeped 5+ times) This tea is grown on Mr. Huang's farm on Phoenix Mountain and is USDA-certified organic. Our steel tea tins are crafted with care in Kyoto, Japan. 3% of every tea sale supports clean water projects.
