Our cupcake mix is a blend of ʻUlu flour with other gluten free, non-GMO, vegan flours. This mix makes a dozen regular size cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes. Hawaiʻian ʻUlu is a staple crop that was brought over by the Polynesians. When you purchase a product from the Hawaiʻi ʻUlu Cooperative you are supporting 150+ Hawaiʻi farmers across the state of Hawaiʻi. Our 'Ulu Cupcake mix has a very smooth texture and rises nicely as a simple cupcake. You can also add other inclusions to the mix like a banana for banana bread or 1/4 of nuts or dried fruits to make a muffin.
