Organic Ingredients: Wild Yam root, Chaste Berry, Vite x, Castor oil, Tallow, Black Cumin Seed oil, Red clover oil, Vitamin E, Aloe 200x, Beeswax, Clary Sage & Frankincense Essential Oil Wild Yam Root Extract: 250mg per 1/4 tsp ***All ingredients are sourced ethically and 100% Certified Organic and made right here in the USA*** Directions: Apply dime sized amount to breasts, wrists, inner thighs, inner arms, neck, or abdomen twice a day. Alternate application area each use. Do not use when menstruating. To Calculate Cycle: Day 1 is ALWAYS when menstruation begins. Do NOT use Cream while Menstruating. Extreme discomfort: Use am and pm on day 5-18. 1/4 tsp. Increase to 1/2 tsp day 19-28. Stop cream when period commences. Restart on day 5.
