Our salt flakes are easy to work with; the crispy flakes mix better with your food. Norður Salt’s bold, bright and slightly tart flavour is great with seafood and fish, in stews and soups and as a finishing salt for salads, fish, and meats, lending any dish a distinctive flair. The small, crunchy flakes and pyramids of intense flavour have their own unique characteristics, reminiscent of the mineral-rich Arctic sea. Ive been carrying Nordur Salt for 5 years. The product is so great, I dealt with the former companys distributors but now they have found better distribution and joined faire which makes it so easy. The salt itself is better than Maldon, the packaging is elegant. It makes a fantastic hostess gift. I love this company and am so glad they are on faire now and ordering could not be easier.
