All of the 9 hats came stacked in a single box 8.5 tall with no protective packaging. Needless to say, some of the crowns were smashed, feathers were damaged, and hat brims are bent. Also, 3 of the hats are of inferior quality material, they're some type of dollar store felt with almost no structure, show some discoloration, stitching around the brim is unfinished, and they have a bad stretch band. They look so bad I'm ashamed to sell them in my boutique. I left a voicemail, still no reply.
