VOLANS is a multi-purpose suspension that can be installed alone or in a cluster. Volans is the short name for a constellation in the southern hemisphere, Piscis Volans, flying fish. We chose this name as a nod to its evocative shape of a fish trap. Technical characteristics Lampshade Material: The telephone wire basketry that makes up the lampshade is handmade in South Africa. The assembly and assembly of the suspension are carried out in our workshop in France. Dimensions of the lampshade: Ø16 x h14 cm. Electrical system: black woven electric cable with an adjustable length of 2 m maximum, black metal rosette of Ø12cm x h2.5cm, black bakelite socket of Ø2.7cm x h5.5cm for 1.5W E14 LED bulb (bulb not included). VOLANS is delivered with its E14 electrical kit designed and assembled in Italy. It is tested and CE certified according to the strictest regulations in force by independent laboratories.
