Products were decent quality, but part of the order was missing and trying to communicate with the company was frustrating. they just kept wanting pictures of the inventory I DID receive, and said it was part of their "investigation", but didn't address the product I DIDN'T receive. It was completely illogical and I now wonder if I even spoke to a real person and not a bot. Ended up canceling the missing order and returning the rest of the product.

This is our second order of these necklaces, but the first order in gold! They look really nice and expensive on the shelf, however they are not selling as well as the first ones did and we think it is due to not having the box! So, just get the box when you order!
