We use a completely natural process to produce Native Organic Sugar. Our cane is cultivated using organic fertilizers and biological pest controls. We only “green” harvest rather than burn our fields, which not only maintains the quality of the sugar but also preserves the soil and the biodiversity of our farms. Each sugar crystal embodies the pure essence of the sugar cane nectar - the source of its fruity taste.
