Size: Latex Balloons - 11 inches Mylar Balloons - 17 inches * Balloons require helium to float, but can be filled with air if floating isn’t necessary. Our latex balloons are made of natural rubber latex, and are biodegradable. String sold separately.

We needed a rush order and the Paperboy delivered! Stunningly gorgeous we loved everything from confetti filled balloons to paper plates and buntings. Definitely recommend and def will reorder in future. I think we could have blown up the balloons even bigger if we had more helium!
