Our "house blend", consisting of three Venezuela origin cacaos, this 70% Chocolate bar is made with only 3 ingredients: cocoa beans, maple sugar, and cocoa butter. Balanced flavor notes of subtle spice, this nutty and chocolate-y bar is great used to replace chocolate in baking. Produced in a peanut-free facility that handles tree nuts and goat's milk. Vegan and paleo friendly.

These chocolates are beautifully packaged and super tasty! The quality is outstanding. Our customers buy several at a time sometimes, as they make great gifts (and snacks). Christian and Jessica are lovely to work with and all the chocolates come packaged in countertop displays, ready for sale. Faire integration with Square makes inventory tracking easy. A great addition to our coffee shop!
