This mat is thick and spongy. Perfect for planks and yoga when practicing on hard floors. It provides a nice cushion and very minimal slipping or movement even on hardwood. Packaging was just right for 10 mats (little waste) and colors were spot-on to the pictures. Great product at a competitive price.
