Items were received broken. I was told items would be here by a certain date. When I messaged as they still hadn’t arrived by said date the package was shipped that day with no response to my message. My message about product quality and missing items has Ben ignored. Would not recommend. Save your money and spend with a reputable and professional company on Faire! Overall bad customer service and quality.

These products look absolutely nothing like the pictures. The conversation heart bath-bombs are a much worse quality than pictured. I cannot even sell them for what I paid for them at this quality. The soap is as pictured. The shark is okay, but not exact.
