STRIPED THIMBLES The raw material of the striped thimbles is 100% Apulian durum wheat totally produced on the Rosa Di Stefano farm, located on the Dauni mountains in northern Puglia. Our farm has been growing wheat for generations, without the use of chemicals such as 'glyphosate'. Granaio Pugliese pasta is therefore slowly dried at very low temperatures 37°/38°. In fact, it favors the total maintenance of the proteins, antioxidants, fibers and amino acids present in the raw materials. In addition, all our products are packaged with totally biodegradable and compostable bags.
