Each 4.5 oz jar contains 120g of salt. INGREDIENTS: flaky sea salt chunks and our Flowerfetti (organically grown and harvested edible flowers, such as marigold, calendula, bachelor button, rose, dahlia, sun daisy, geranium, thyme, sunflower petals, etc).
