The design is fully customizable. Please provide your contact information (Name, phone#, & email). Please explain what you would like for your design (including text). If you have usable images to provide please note that you will be emailing images separately. Please email them to orders@giftworksplus.com. Please note that you will receive design proofs that will need to be approved before production of the order. Leatherette provides the look and feel of genuine leather. Durable enough for daily use with water resistance, rich texture, and the ability to clean easily. NO set-up fees! NO design fees! Free personalization! 1 piece minimum Double-sided Stainless steel Engraved Handwash only. To clean leatherette items, use water and soap. it will not leave water spots. Alcohol works well on pen marks. Leatherette does not absorb finger oil and is stain and water resistant. Not microwave safe.

Great product. I highly recommend. The custom work was professional. I will admit I failed to see the artwork to approve it at first because it went to my spam. That delayed things. Moving past that, it took weeks past the new projected delivery date. I had to contact them to see where my package was because it was not showing on tracking. After contacting them, it showed up in 3 days. I feel like it was lost or forgotten. I was disappointed because I missed out selling at two events.

We ordered the whisky stones, the phone rings and the rosewood wine/bottle openers and had them all customized. They took a while to ship, but were worth it! The quality is very good and these items are quite popular at our club. We have already re-ordered!
