We love everything about the product. It sells great in our zero waste shop. I wish that there was a return program for the bulk containers, but Nellie's being in Canada and our shop being in the US, I get why there isn't and Nellie's has offered us suggestions on what to do with the containers which is nice. The only other thing I don't love is the amount of plastic sleeves filled with packing lists and receipts that arrive on the shipping boxes. The extra plastic makes me bonkers.

When I received this powder it had chunks of rocks (chemicals) that were not completely refined at their facility. They did however send a replacement but blamed me for not knowing the batch ID. ? I explained that it was not my job to keep up with batches they deliver. They should have a better quality control system in place.
