The pistachios for NaturKraftWerke pistachio puree are traditionally cultivated by our partner in Spain without irrigation and processed carefully. The cultivation takes place in the middle of Spain without artificial irrigation in a nature-protecting way, known as “dry agriculture”. The pistachios don't get that big but tastier. After drying, the pistachios are gently ground below 40 °C. In addition to essential fatty acids, pistachios also provide valuable protein, vitamins and minerals. Pistachio butter is used in all areas of cuisine and is ideal for any type of creative diet. Pistachio butter is a visual highlight for many dishes due to its green color. It is suitable as an ingredient for salad dressings, spreads, smoothies, and for flavoring and topping ready-cooked or raw foods.
