I placed an order and from day one it was back ordered. No communication from company. Still don't have the complete order. The lip balm was priced in a confusing way that made the per balm price confusing. The product needs to be sold at a suggested retail price thats out of range. Would suggest using another vendor thats more organized and better value. The vendor finally said they would look into this after I contacted them but even since then I have no info.
