It's a shame, the ranges are great but certainly leading up to a busy trading time I would have expected 1. Much better communication, as I mostly got ignored 2. The dispatch time was massively over what they gave as a timeframe.

The goods are beautiful. Unfortunately, the delivery took a very long time and arrived too late for our event. We would wish that the products had appropriate descriptions and size information.
