Hemp seed oil is consumed raw, it does not tolerate cooking, use it in your raw vegetable salads, in a soup, on a tomato or mushroom carpaccio, or with your sprouted seeds. Hemp oil, with its omega 3, omega 6, and omega 9 content, is an excellent health or dietary oil. Its nutty taste and green color will add a touch of delicate flavors to your dishes. Our organic hemp oil is obtained by first cold pressing the hemp seeds that we grow with our artisan oil producer in Deux-Sèvres. Decanted for several weeks, it is then bottled in brown glass to preserve all its virtues. Unfiltered, it retains a slight cloudiness that shapes its unique character.
