Our award-winning coconut milk is derived from extracting the flesh of fresh organic coconuts. Once extracted, the flesh is grated and mixed with water to obtain a paste. The mixture is cold-pressed and then packaged in cans without bisphenol or phthalates. Coconut milk is particularly delicious in smoothies, in savoury culinary preparations or in pastries. An excellent alternative to traditional milks, it is also suitable for vegans or those with lactose intolerance. To keep leftover coconut milk for a longer time, pour it into an ice cube tray to place in your freezer. After freezing completely, remove the cubes from the tray and store them in a bag suitable for the freezer. You can then add the cubes directly into your blender when making smoothies, or to add sweetness and creaminess to a soup or curry.
