A natural cardamom and sea salt limeade! Perfectly refreshing for the grown up palate. After juicing and zesting the limes, we pair these with plenty of cardamom and just enough unrefined cane sugar for a balanced sweetness. A little Essex sea salt keeps the bitterness under control, whilst accentuating the fruitiness and complex spice. We received a 1 star Great Taste award, from the Guild of Fine Food, for this soda in 2021. Our sodas are made entirely from real natural ingredients, so you may see a small amount of sediment in your bottle. Be sure to gently invert and give it a swirl to mix up all the extra flavour before opening, but remember, it's fizzy. Ring pull closures - no need for a bottle opener.
