SKINPOP silicone discs are the best way to combat the formation of annoying keloids and growths following a piercing. The disc must be applied to the part of the body affected by keloid or an abundance of scar tissue/cartilage, inserting it inside the jewel tight between the stem, the keloid and the previously unscrewed terminal to allow the disc to be inserted.
