Vegetable oil for seasoning. Our oil is made from fruits harvested by farmers in southern Burgundy and Périgord. This amber-colored oil is characterized by toasted aromas, reminiscent of bread or cookie crust, with fruity and bitter notes at the same time. This walnut oil is made from walnuts crushed with a stone wheel and then pressed slowly. It goes perfectly with salads and raw vegetables (chicory, green beans, celery, carrots) or steamed potatoes. It also very delicately complements a good sherry vinegar or balsamic vinegar. In pastry, it highlights all apple-based preparations. However, be careful not to overheat walnut oil, which is damaged and denatured when cooking at too high temperatures. (Does not contain CBD or THC)
