I purchase chocolates from dozens of companies. The past couple of months I've purchased from 16 companies. Only 2 have come packed in styrofoam - Askinosie is one of those. The other chocolates arrived in perfect condition without the use of the most damaging environmental choice. The sourcing of their cacao is great. Their products are good to excellent. My only criticism is the shipping packaging.
