Suitable for celiacs as they contain less than 10ppm of gluten, mainly intended for people intolerant to gluten, lactose, and allergic to cow's milk protein (CMP). Our magdalenas are packaged in bags of 5 units for better preservation. Ingredients: Corn starch, sunflower oil, sweetener (maltitol), EGG, sweetener (sorbitol), humectant (glycerin), leavening agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, and corn starch), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), preservative (potassium sorbate), stabilizer (xanthan gum), coloring (maltodextrin, coloring (curcumin), emulsifier/stabilizer (polysorbate 80) and anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)) and flavors (lemon).
