We were very disappointed with their response time as our messages did not get any reply for days nor shipping information after our payment has been taken. Although they were isted as an EU company, the goods came from Morocco and we had to pay a hefty custom charges. One of the legs of the chairs was broken. Although they got back to us after a long while offering us a refund for the VAT and damage, we'd had already lost interests in dealing with this seller by then. Very disappointed...
