Ingredient: Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Wild Yam, Licorice, Chamomile, Calendula, Rosemary, Ginger Root, Yarrow This calming blend to support the restoration of the gut. The herbs in this tea have been used traditionally to support digestive issues such as diverticulitis, leaky gut, nervous stomach, etc. It’s my personal go-to blend for acute and chronic digestive issues. Several of these herbs also have a relaxing effect as well, so if digestive concerns are related to stress, this may provide some assistance. I personally have used this blend for my IBS.
