I was disappointed with the customization. They failed to provide a preview of my customization before shipping and did not print my logo correctly, so I'm taking a loss because customization is non-returnable. Also, the products were not securely packaged and arrived wet, and they did not offer any accommodation. Additionally, communication/ response time was unsatisfactory. I really wanted to continue doing business but customer value needs improvement.
