Wholemeal Spelt Pizza Mix is a mix with over 70% of wholemeal spelled flour, an ancient grain, with high digestibility. A percentage of 00 flour is added to the mixture to allow the dough to be more elastic. Spelt flour gives the dough an unmistakable color and rustic flavor, to satisfy even the palates looking for alternative doughs. Dry brewer's yeast is in a sachet (12g), included in the package: simply mix it with the mixture, add 230ml of water, knead, bake and you're done!
