The cans are packaged with the base unattached so they can be filled from the bottom. Fill the can then snap/pop the bottom onto the can. Each can also comes with a rubber cap to seal the top once the tabs have been pulled and the top has been removed. Cans some in a box of 24 cans for both sizes.
